Most assessments ask you to describe yourself. This one works differently. Some questions will reach for things you've felt but haven't named. Others will ask you to report what you believe. That difference is intentional, and both matter.
The process takes about 20–30 minutes. There are no right answers — only honest ones. When you finish, you'll receive a profile you can keep: a plain-language summary of what organizes you, and a structured document that can guide any learning or coaching process you enter.
Take your time with each question. The minimum character requirement exists to ensure the responses carry enough signal to be useful — not to pressure you toward a particular length.
